Delivery and Shipping Policy

Prices exclude the fee of shipping. We use Aramex to ship overseas. The customer bears shipping fees, and the customer is also responsible for any additional local costs, such as customs fees, local storage fees, etc. Upon shipment, we guarantee that the product is new and free of defects. Any defect that occurs due to shipping or customs inspection is not the responsibility of “Agati” and must be submitted as a claim by the customer in order to follow up properly. Delivery time:

• Delivery of orders may take 5-8 business.
